Arrival & departure
- Check in at the office upon arrival to receive your information packet and sign necessary documents.
- Check out at the office by 11:00 AM on your departure day unless alternate arrangements are made.

Cancellation policy
- Cancellations over 21 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $25 fee or a full refund in resort credit.
- No-shows without prior notification will lose their reservation and will not receive a refund.
- Review the cancellation and refund policy.
- Cancellations less than two weeks before check-in receive 50% resort credit; no refunds for later cancellations, and credits expire in 12 months.
- Resort credits must be used within 12 months of issuance.
- No refunds for unused nights or circumstances like weather, early departures, or wildlife discomfort.
Safety & rules
- Follow campground guidelines for safety; failure to do so may result in removal without a refund.
- Payment signifies agreement to follow all campground rules, or guests may be removed from the property.
- Keep the area around your RV clean and organized; no outdoor appliances, debris, or trash is allowed outside except in covered trash cans.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in cabins, porches, and public buildings.
- A $250 fee applies for smoking or vaping in restricted areas.
- Drug-related activities may result in immediate removal by law enforcement.
- Public intoxication is prohibited.
- Open containers are not allowed in public areas; alcohol consumption should occur only at campsites.
- Fireworks and firearms, including BB and airsoft guns, are prohibited on the property.
- BB, airsoft, and pellet guns are not allowed on the property.
- This rule emphasizes the importance of safety in camping.
- Excessive noise, foul language, property damage, and disruptive behavior can lead to removal from the property.
- Management can remove individuals creating disturbances without prior notice.
- Maintain low noise levels during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Management may change rules at any time for safety and well-being.
- In case of legal action, management may recover attorney fees and costs.

- Management can refuse entry or remove guests violating rules without a refund.

Fees & deposits
- Reservations must be fully paid at booking; rates include 2 adults, with extra guests costing $5/day each.
- The nightly rate for a site is $50.
- For stays of 4 to 6 nights, the rate is $45 per night.
- The weekly rate for a site is $245.
- A credit card must be provided for incidentals upon arrival; guests are responsible for damages and cleaning fees.
- Guests must cover costs for any damages and cleaning fees; management may charge the credit card on file for repairs.
