Can't say a whole lot. Haven't camped here yet. Definitely appears to be a RV park rather than a campground though.

I believe I stayed in spot 25. It is a back-in fhu spot. The hose hook up is in the front so you may need an extension depending on where your hook-up is located. Stayed one night. It's a nice area. Quiet. Friendly owner. Good price. View of the Dickinson Bayou. No wi-fi. No frills. I didn't use any facilities so I'm not sure what's offered. It was a nice overnight. I enjoyed the surroundings. Nice sunset.

Very peaceful and quiet. Nice place to fish and relax. The couple who manage this place are amazing. They were very helpful, made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly. They even gave us names and numbers of places to shop for an RV. Although slightly " crowded" at the moment, I recommend this place to anyone. Whether you're looking for solitude and tranquility or working to get back on your feet and need a place to stay, give them a call or stop by and see if they have room.

("WARNING ")
Most Trashy RV park I ever lived in!! Even the roads are like you are driving in a junk yard, also a branch almost hit our Trailer during a storm!! They did not even take it down for safety!! Not happy! Hate this place!!! Turn around, and don't look back!!! More people are leaving than coming in.. Let's all leave!! One by one, who's next?? Who are the MANAGERS Cory and Diane going to pick on next; and kick them out! BEWARE!! Also, they have a vacant abandoned building for kids to play in and hurt themselves, I would not come here, especially if you have children! Not a safe place for kids! Also, there are alligators and snakes. You are not allowed to even go near the water! Not safe!!

great campground. Office was very helpful and kind. Big area to set up a tent. Bathroom facilities were clean. Theee Showers available. River right across to do some fishing, or kayaking. Boat ramp less than a minute away. No reservations required. They even offer veterans discount. This will be my place to camp from now on.
