Best rv park I have ever been to. Plenty of space to relax and breathe the fresh air. Close to Austin but far enough to be in the country. Amazing owner that is very responsive and attentive to the property. Can't say enough about this place.

The park itself is very quite neat and clean. However, other than a place to park your camper it doesn’t offer anything else. There are no hiking trails what they call a dog park is just an open field so no that’s not a dog park. There’s no pool no community center. No trash pick up. The dumpster is a good 2 miles from all of the campsites, or at least it felt that way walking it in triple digit heat. at 50 bucks a night we feel this is a bit high for what is basically less than a Texas state park which go for 25 a night. They come with hiking trails, playgrounds things to do.. It’s not a bad place to camp and 25 bucks a night. I would consider coming back but not at 50 bucks a night. That’s just too expensive for what they offer. A real negative is the way that they laid out a couple of the new RV sites one of which we were assigned to. The sewer opening for the site next to us was positioned right outside our front door of our camper so we couldn’t sit under our awning even and enjoy the outdoors because of the sewer odor from next door. Poor planning there. Absence of picnic tables and fire ring was also noted as a negative. The new owners need to visit some other parks and see what they offer for $50 a night. Oh! And the map they sent depicts a lake - oversized mud puddle is what it is in reality. So nah…not the best choice. Also our space was supposed to be a pull thru. Due to it being new the ground was not firm enough to pull through with out the possibility of getting stuck so we had to back out. Unfortunately a tree got in the way and so now we get to put our camper in for repairs. Now that’s on us but at the same time if the space had been functional as a pull through as advertised we’d have missed the tree.

What a great place to stay. We feel we had the best shady spot However a majority of the park is in the shade. And in the south that’s really a good thing. Park is really well maintained. I felt like I had never had fresh air until I got here. I felt welcomed and secure.
Management was always available and takes care of everyone’s needs. Will definitely reschedule next year

I Used to leave here. I worked with Bonnie helping here remove some scrap metal and cleaned her yard up.
Living here Was Amazing. Just Bonnie kept increasing my rent saying it was a premium lot. When the lot was not. In creasing by 100$ everything. Not ok.
Living here is very peaceful. Just not the one managing.

Flawless stay. Sweet rv park that was very shady and quiet. Although we didn't take advantage, since we stayed only 1 night, the amenities were plentiful and appealing. Our site was totally adequate and we would definately stay again at this diamond in the dust.
