Patriot RV Park - Fairfield

The people that (were) the managers about 3 years back all they wanted was $$$$ , theirs rules not owners rules . I would never stay r live at this place.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST place to stay!!!! Please be AWARE these people are ripoff s, they charge you for a whole month of rent even you only stay for 1 freaking week!! SHAME ON THEM!! It is ridiculously insane, and the owners are rude and obnoxious !!!

Horrible experience. We’ve been staying there for years; before Patriot took over. NEVER had any issues when it was Shady Oaks. Had to call an “in case of emergency” number to get someone to come to the office to check us in. They would not answer the local phone number. Then get to cabin, there is NO remote for the tv. They finally got us a remote. WE Had to figure out how to program it to the tv. Once we got that to work we still could not watch it because of the horrible internet/wifi service. We had to use the managers cell phone for hot spot. Used that til that evening. Called the “in case of emergency “ # and she sent them to purchase a booster thing to try to help with wifi….no luck. That didn’t work. Had to purchase hot spot on MY cell phone to be able to watch tv. Then there were roaches in the kitchen cabinets, sink and bathroom (in the shower, toilet and on counter top.) Teenie tiny ones and the german roaches. We were 4 adults, stayed for a week. Had to ask for towels twice then call the “in case of emergency” number again to get the manager to get us some. Got back from hunting and found towels in the bathroom with tags on them. They went and bought towels and just brought them like that. Didn’t even take the tags off. The managers never came back to check on us, to make sure things were working or if things were ok. Needless to say we will NOT stay here again. Very disappointing. Paid higher prices for a cabin to be more comfortable instead of staying in a hotel but will be staying in a hotel from now on.

The managers here are super friendly and great people. Helped me get everything set up paperwork wise and was very understanding on me having to go back and forth with my boss to get info. They have a very well maintained park and fish/duck pond. The fish are super cool to watch. The managers we’re available for questions everytime I had them even outside of office hours 10/10 would recommend.

The couple that runs the park are great! The park is quiet and very safe. The park is well maintained and clean. Pet friendly and the gym has any equipment that is typical at high priced gyms. Laundry is convenient and very clean. Hands down best RV park I have stayed in. Location is great. It is very close to 45 and plenty of food places within 1 to 10min away. I definitely recommend.
