Frankston RV Resort

This is not a resort. It's difficult to get a veterans discount online for one, two the bathrooms are not very clean, three whoever maintains it is not doing very well. Four Use to have codes to get into bathrooms and showers, five the toilet paper dispenser falls off the wall when you pull on it. The o ky thing good is that they ha e pull through spaces. Not worth the cost.

I was there for a little over two weeks for work, this place is clean and everything works, and it’s quiet and peaceful. If you’re going for Lake Palestine, this is the best place to be away from all the noise. Easy in and easy out, and very accommodating. I checked all the RV spots around there and this was the best one. Close enough to the lake without all the constant noise, even on the weekends! I will definitely give it 5 stars easy! One of the best parks we’ve stayed in. Very clean and safe. We stayed three days while making daily trips to River Run Park, which is just over 20 minutes away. The Manager was nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Very NICE park! Highly recommend this place! Price is reasonable for monthly stays and daily visits. Nice level sites, comfortable, low noise level, well maintained, Wi-Fi, nice clean shower house and laundry room. And all of the other campers kept their camp sites CLEAN and NOT clustered with their personal items on their camp site. Just wish they had more trees for shade in the park and a covered or shaded play ground/area for kids. That would make it a perfect place for families with kids. Other than that it's a GREAT park to stay for short or long term. Thank u Jake's RV park for keeping such a nice park and making our stay as comfortable as possible!

I stayed for 7 months while my house was being finished, never any problems. Nice lg. lots, everything was always well maintained and clean with nice facilities, a very quiet park (was also told they were about to add a little playground for the kiddies). Close to Lake Palestine, good internet is included with reasonable lot rental, and a nice little grocery right next door. I would definitely be back if I continue to RV. Thank you Jake .
