Haven Yurts

This was on my hit list for a while after seeing a post from a friend and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The rooms are adorable, clean, and modern — I'd never been in a yurt before, but it was beyond the "glamping" I expected. Especially loved the skylight that kept the space bright and airy during the day, but was so so so magical at night.

Booking and check-in/out was a breeze. It was super close to plenty to do. The property offered lots of spot to sip coffee and wine — of which we did both!

Excellent spot for a relax-and-renew couple of nights.

We had an awesome time at Haven Yurts in the Malbec Yurt. The decor was beautiful. The pictures simply don’t do it justice! Communication with the host was spot on & instructions were easy to follow.

Seeing the night sky through the dome was amazing. Great touch in giving blackout sleeping eye masks! Not us though, we were up super early to catch the sunrise and sip a great cup of coffee in the egg chair. We took advantage of the grill on site and had a lovely dinner and then spent the evening playing cornhole and ping-pong. We ended the perfect night in our yurt, taking in a movie from our bed!🥰

Their website says in the middle of wine country and that’s exactly what they were. Right next-door to a winery & brewery and just minutes from so many other great places to eat, drink & shop.

Can’t wait to come back again. We also loved coming during the week because Fredericksburg was way less busy than it is on the weekends.

I’ve been going here for a few years now, and it’s my go-to for a peaceful getaway, as well as convenient for my stay in the Gillespie and Kerr County Areas! So many things to do and experience nearby!
I always tell friends, family and strangers abroad that Haven Yurts is a super recommended stay!
And yes, I plan on coming out as many times as possible, because there’s no place like it for me!
I could go on and on, but it’s always just the best!

I had the most amazing stay at the Haven Yurts. The check in process was so easy and seamless! The rooms are a beautifully designed and furnished. If contemporary chic is the vibe you’re looking for, I highly recommend this place. Now let’s talk about the location, it’s nestled in the most perfect of places, right in the middle of all beautiful instagram-worthy vineyards such as Signor, Heath, Grapecreek and much more. Thank you for your hospitality Haven Yurts, you’ll definitely be seeing us again

A Perfect Getaway Close to Austin!

I can’t say enough good things about Havens Yurts in Fredericksburg. The location is perfect. Only about a 90 minute drive from Leander and Cedar Park, so it is very convenient for a quick escape. Once you are there, you are right by all the great wineries and just minutes from town, but the property still feels private and tucked away.

This was my first time staying in a yurt and it honestly felt like true luxury glamping. The way the property is set up, from the fire pit to the games, made it such a fun experience for me and my friends. We caught a beautiful night under the stars and the whole place had an amazing vibe for relaxing and reconnecting.

The bathrooms were spotless and honestly felt like something out of the Four Seasons, but in a yurt if that makes sense. Everything was so thoughtfully done and the photos we took came out incredible.

If you are looking for a small getaway that is not far away, this is the spot. I am already planning my next trip back. Highly recommend.
