Limestone Charm RV Park

Very nice and convenient RV park, just a couple of miles from Luckenbach and about 8 miles or so from Fredericksburg. Site was clean and fairly level, with a nice pergola and picnic table that converts into benches. There was more road noise than I expected. Dog park was clean. Did not interact with the owners but enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely, quiet spot in a great location, but the owners are rude. We weren’t provided a checkout time, and they were very ugly when we left in the late afternoon (even after apologizing and offering to pay for late checkout). If there are strict check-in and check-out times, they should provide them in advance. They were not posted on their website nor provided to us. If you want Texas hospitality, take your business elsewhere.

If our departure time was an issue, they could have easily called or texted us (all our contact information was provided). I apologized more than once and they continued to be ugly. Half the RV park was empty. If you don’t want negative reviews then you should treat your customers better. People have a right to know how they may be treated before deciding to give you their business. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran and we’ve been traveling full-time for over seven months, staying at dozens of campsites, Airbnbs and Harvest Hosts, and have never had a single issue like this.

We just spent 3 nights at this charming boutique RV park. The owners are wonderful and came by to visit with us after we arrived. They have 12 spots…some pull thru and some back in. The spots are roomy and come with a pergola and picnic table. Water, electric and sewer at each site, dog park and community outdoor kitchen with deck to view the sunsets. There is a laundry room and dumpster for your trash.This is a quiet, friendly rv park minutes from all thing’s Fredericksburg and very reasonably priced!

If you want a small, quiet, spacious RV sites, with a cool RV picnic table set up area. Bonus on this property is a Sunset, Sunrise & Star Gazing deck with a Fire Pit and below the deck is a Full Gas Grill w/ prepping area & sink, long Dining table w/ Chairs, Fire Pit with plenty of lounging around for everyone to share on the long L shape Lounger. They also have a dog park too.
Owners are friendly and are available with a call and have wonderful suggestions of places to go and see in Fredericksburg. The RV site price is very reasonable.
Since you are in an RV there is no reason to need a bathroom or shower on the property.
If you want to be packed in like sardines in a loud RV park or resort with bathrooms & showers and such, then be prepared for a higher price with lack of peace, lots of rules and etc. But if you want a peaceful and a unique site, plus a chance to have a Sunset, Sunrise view or a Star Gazing Night with a reasonable price, then Limestone Charm RV Park is the place to be at any time!!

We arrived late and left late morning. We did not meet any representatives of the park. Everything was done online. It felt very impersonal. The park is VERY small and has ZERO amenities. It did not even have a BATHROOM. Each site was somewhat spacious and sat on a gravel slab and had a picnic table with a pergola for shade. There were little to no mature trees. It was very clean but there was not much to keep clean. The little "special spot" was nothing special and we did not use it. The best part was the pull through option. There was one small tree for each site but provided no shade since it was probably planted when the park was designed and open. It is probably a good location if you are visiting Fredricksburg but we were only passing through. There was lots of noise from the road. I was shocked with no showers, toilets, store, or even an office building! For the high price, there was not much we got for our money but hookups and sewer at the site. To be fair, from the previous positive reviews and gracious responses from the owners, it seems like it is a mom and pop establishment and very kind people who run it. However, with NO amenities, I just can't give this a better rating.
