The park is very clean and I noticed park personnel patrolling the area frequently. It was great bird watching from my site in the tree line/brush before the land broke down toward the lake.

Dog poop everywhere and dogs staked out without food or water for hours while owners are fishing. Barked constantly. Bathrooms beyond filthy mud on floors. I really expected better conditions won’t be back!

Great Park. Clean restrooms. Not a great park if you want to be near water. Does have water access but its not good for fishing or swimming.

Loved the quiet and tree covered sites. Quick walk to the water. We will be back!

We had a great location for night 1 despite the rain and cold weather and then burn ban. Night 2 we had a large family show up and take over 3 spots, some were not designated to them. They had obviously not been camping prior to this because they had zero respect regarding noise levels, where their kids wandered off to and messing with their campsite neighbor's dogs. I think it would have been nice if someone was driving around regulating specific behavior. We had beautiful weather Saturday and stayed inside our RV the entire time due to their noise level and disrespect.
Other than our neighbors, we had a great time and loved the camp site. Unfortunately we will not be back.

It's out there, not close to anything if that's what you want. No playgrounds or such for kids.
