Our stay here was only for two nights. It was ok but probably not one of the better maintained COE parks. I would select one of the other campgrounds on Granger lake.

It is always super peaceful out there at Willis Creek, excellent place to get away from the city and be in nature.

Bird watching is excellent. The birds don’t come to my backyard feeders as much as they use to. Here there were cute wrens, big woodpeckers, cardinals, killdeers, and water fowl.

What a great time. This park was really peaceful and quiet, 27 sites. Only 4 have sewer. The sites are all level, each with a great covered picnic table. We saw deer while there. A lot of bird watching people came and went. The camp hosts were on top of everything and available if/when we needed anything.

Nice campground with a lot of open areas. Only negatives, non-campers parked in the campground to go fishing and the boat ramp / picnic area had lots of litter.

We never got a pass to go into the park. The entrance gate was only open 1 day and the attendant could not give me a pass at that time. I don't know if the gate really closed at 10:00 pm or not. Bathrooms were clean and so was the park. I will not return as there is not good access to the lake.

Small campground. Fire pit at our site was overflowing with ash. Saw lots of folks heading off into the woods to fish. Walked by two dozen small dead fish by one (empty) campsite. Gate was unattended, go directly to your reserved site.
