Shelter was not cleaned. There was trash and looked like someone had pissed on floor. I had to sweep and mop before I could unload. Also gate keepers were never at the gate except once in 4 days.

Always clean and a great place to hook up and spend a weekend fishing with friends
Only thing is I wish the grass had been cut. It was pretty high in spots
