I'm posting this not as a review of the campground, but as a comment on the reservation cancellation process. Unfortunately, we decided we could not do the trip due to illness, but it was too late by then to cancel online. I called the Corps administrative office at Granger Lake and left a message that we could not come, but I did not hear back, so I do not know how or if it was handled. I understand we forfeited the cost of the entire reservation, which was only for 3 nights. It seems there should be a way to inform "the system" that you will not be showing up at the campsite at all, so at least that campsite could be put back into play for others.

Stayed only 1 night on way to another location. Always enjoy our stay here.

Long, level driveway gave us plenty of room for our fifth wheel and tow truck. Lots of space between sites. For some weird reason the day use park was closed with no notice, so that was disappointing.

We love to stay at Fox. It's a well laid out, well maintained, nice, quiet park.
IMHO, they have the best CEO park's swim beach for several lakes around.
Our only negative is that there are no dumpsters in the camping area of the park.
They are all located by the dump station.

The site was big. We stayed at site 15 with a lake view. The park was quiet and well maintained. We will be back when it’s warmer.

This was the worst site ever, the bathroom was filthy the grass was not cut. This was my first time at this site but been at other sites and never had this problem

Beautiful campground, but bathrooms were not cleaned for a full week.a toilet clogged over flowed and left that way an entire week makes no sense to neglect such a simple thing

Another nice COE park. I've been to two dozen COE parks in Southeast and now Texas. With a National Park Pass you get 50% off so the cost is usually $12-15 per night for water, electric. I've never been to a COE park I didn't like. They always offer good spacing between sites, a picnic table (often sheltered), firepit/ring and grill. What more could you ask for? This one is on Granger Lake, most sites are level enough, long enough (I stayed in three different sites). Taylor is <10 mi down the road with Walmart, HEB, etc. COE campgrounds rock! One note - although open year round the bathhouses are not heated so it can be chilly in the winter months. Lastly, decent but not great cell coverage for ATT and Verizon. Only two bars but still got 10-20mbs down and 5 up.
