Park is always great.
Was a littler hotter weather than expected. But the stay was great.

After having to go back to the house to pick up our lawn mower and mow our own campsite we had a great time. Asked the front gate attendant when they would be mowing and unfortunately did not know when as they had asked someone to come mow with no luck. Park hosts are very friendly but just wish they would maintain the area a little more.

Cabin site #44 has holes in the metal mesh screen. Someone tried plugging them with paper towels and plastic bags, which almost worked but is super trashy. Also, lots of old wasp nests under the bed and sink, and lots of spider webs. We brought tents so we stayed in those instead.
We knew from the satellite images there were no trees at the site, so we brought a canopy. Trees are sparse throughout the campgrounds.
The fishing dock was good. I'd say 6-8 people can comfortably fish from it at the same time. There's also some decent access to the edge of the water nearby. We used worms, minnows and lures and got one bite across multiple spots.
Bathrooms are always disgusting at campgrounds, and this was no different. Note to park bathroom cleaners: use a broom handle with a stiff bristle scrub brush attached, and scrub the floor AND the walls. There are always questionable "marks" on the walls.
Overall, it seemed like a decent park for RVs. If you want a "woodsy" feel, you won't get that here.

The sites are farther apart, and you have plenty room to enjoy the park. Plenty places to walk also.

I would have gave it 5 stars cuz we had a blast i loved it sooo much but our shelter was full of ants from under the sink So when you go make sure you bring ant poison a broom and a mop but for the price I absolutely absolutely think it's worth it and you should definitely do it
