This RV park is fantastic. Everything is very clean. The spaces are wide. Its quiet and peaceful. It's about 5 years old but it's maintained so well, it looks brand new. The staff is great. There's a new Costco being built just down the street and the new HEB is wonderful! I have family that lives in the area and will stay here everytime I come down for a visit. This is the only place worth staying at in the area. Do not follow Google maps through the neighborhood of The Colony. Do not put the address into Google Maps because there are many "Fishtrap" streets and it never took us the correct way. Instead, input the name of the resort.

Nice RV park. Well taken care of and clean. One of the things I loved the most about it was it's surrounded by a nice residential area. I could walk out the front gate, walk for miles with the dogs through nice neighborhoods. Nice dog park and good size lots too.

I rated this park a 5 star - excellent. Very clean with concrete pads, very nice. We used "Passport America", which made it an excellent deal.
