Waterfront Hideaway Ranch

We have stayed multiple times in the cabins at Waterfront Hideaway Ranch. They are essentially tiny homes with all you need -- sitting area, bed, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. The location is awesome, a quiet and peaceful setting, and the cabins are close to the lake set among mature trees. Cabin 2 is a bit larger than Cabin 1. Pet-friendly. Highly recommended.

We Rented Cabin 3 this year for Christmas 2025 to be near our Son , Daughter in Law and Grandson. We loved being able to look at the lake unobstructed. The bed was very comfy and they stocked us up for the holiday on coffee , creamer and supplies. Very comfortable! we will definitely stay again .

Waterfront is a great place to set up your RV. There are long-term RV’ers and weekend warriors all together enjoying the lakefront property. All the facilities are there that you want from laundry, bathrooms, and even kayaks you can take out on the lake. I enjoyed the bonfire near the lake when the whole community comes out and enjoys the stars, music, and each other’s company. It feels so remote, but you’re minutes away from anything that the Metroplex has to offer. Highly recommended by us. We’ve been several times and always enjoyed our time.

This was a very quiet camp spot right on the lake edge with lake views! We really enjoyed the size of the property and the ease of booking and the check in process! They were very accommodating and the facilities were nice. I loved the turf outside the trailer! It made a nice little yard for lounging and also keeping the entry into the trailer free of dirt! Unfortunately the only pictures I got it was foggy! Would stay here again!

This is the perfect spot for seclusion without being secluded. The park is gated so there's nobody just passing through. This park is very well maintained including the sites and especially the common areas down toward the shore of the lake. The grass is maintained and there is space to cook out, with lots of shade and seating. There is a huge dog park. There is a nice swimming beach. A spot to launch a few kayaks, that are included for guest use. Everyone here is quiet and respectful and when the sun goes down, it couldn't be more peaceful. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this may not be your spot. But, if you're looking for a hidden gem, and a spot surrounded by beautiful nature, I recommend Waterfront Hideaway Ranch.
