Texas RV Park

If you want a clean quiet place to get off of the road, take a hot shower and do some laundry, this is a place to stay.
They have a nice medium size dog play area. Beautiful laundry. Great showers. No pool or playground but room for bicycles. A number of guests are long term, working in the area, but their sites are well kept and tidy. The park is gated.
Walmart delivers.

Update, still clean and well maintained. We had to change it reservations and the manager was get helpful changing the the dates.

Never met the previous owners. It changed ownership just as we were getting there. But the new owner was great. Prompt with issuing refund on the deposit after I left, didn't even need to call him about it.

Other than that the showers and laundry facilities were nice/clean. My dad had a problem with the power post, owners replaced it in under an hour.

My husband stayed at Texas RV park for a few months while working in the area and I’d come down on the weekends with the kids! He’s a welder, so he’s had jobs everywhere. We’ve been to many RV parks all over Texas and this is by far one of the nicest, cleanliest that we’ve been to. We always look for parks with concrete pads which is one of the reasons we chose this place! The owners are very good about upkeep and making sure that it looks nice and presentable. The laundry rooms are fabulous! We also appreciated the fact that the park is gated and surveillance cameras are always keeping an eye out. This made us feel more comfortable about leaving our cars while we went out. Sam (the owner) was always kind and helpful when I reached out to her for anything. We will definitely revisit this park should we ever come back to this area. Highly recommend!

We recently spent 3 months at Texas RV, in spot #27, and truly enjoyed our stay. We were planning to winter in Texas, until our plans quickly changed and we are moving for our work. Sam (the owner) was always so pleasant and helpful. The park is wonderfully clean, and since we were there over the holidays we got to enjoy the beautiful festive decorations. We appreciated the large sites; they have plenty of parking. The park was always quiet and has a wonderful security system. The laundry room is huge and so clean! Our rent was very reasonable. If we weren't moving overseas, we'd be staying here much longer!! Thanks Sam & family!

Stayed here for work and was pleasantly surprised with the park itself and management! This campground is pretty basic, but one of the cleanest, safest and quietest parks we’ve been to (and we’ve been to a lot!). Spots are level and large, hookups are nice and accessible, and the gated entrance/exit is a plus. The laundry room is AMAZING, very clean and roomy, not to mention cute. There’s also a fenced area for pets and a bath house. Only thing missing was a playground/area for the kids, but it’s location to plenty of kid friendly attractions make up for it. To top our experience off, the manager was very patient with me while I was making and changing 2 different reservations for different check in/out dates! If you need a nice clean, quiet place to park your camper, this is your park!
