Place is not being kept up, poops everywhere you walk your dogs by. People aren’t picking up after their pets but staff isn’t even cleaning up, the laundry room needs a lot of care! Washers are nasty and when you put liquid soap, you hear it coming out the back and one staff said “oh there’s nothing we can do! That’s how they work.” Bs because now my clothes aren’t getting any soap, and she repeated again “nothing we can do!” Almost all machines are out of order and nasty!!

Lots of dogs, like more than I’ve seen at a park! Constant barking, and you can’t have door open because you hear them.

Oh and gym equipment needs to be replaced!

We sure enjoyed our two week stay here. We stayed a week then added another.
Our favorite thing here was the free popcorn all day!!! They probably don’t have to refill it as much since we left…
Our second favorite thing was the pool. One of us used it daily…. Usually most of us did…
The hot tub was down for a couple days but my littles still got in 😆
The fishing was available but we tried for days and never caught anything….
The showers are nice! Good hot water with a bench in each to put your stuff on. The club house is so nice! A giant TV couches and a game table. The kids loves the pool table and the shuffle table. There’s also a coffee bar and ice machine.
They have a mail area that was always full, probably because most the park was full timers. But it was a nice service to have and we used it plenty!
They aka have an outdoor fire pit and grill/ you can use with a TV. And lots of sitting overlooking the pond.
There’s a bunch of treats in the front office along with a few trailer supplies you can purchase.
They have their own laundry facilities open 24 hrs which was nice, but this is where I can’t give 5 ⭐️. Almost half are out of order, and they charge more on your card than they say they are. Like double what they say they are. I emailed the office but never heard back. And I heard from another guest he was being charged more also. Also the swipes only work half the time… and say bad pull the other half. I had to use a few cards to see which one it liked best. So you’ve been warned.
Other than that - make sure to read the rules! We didn’t know our dog couldn’t be unattended outside while leashed. The said they told my husband a week before but they weren’t clear about their rules otherwise I would have made sure. He thought they were concerns about a stray dog running around. Anyway miscommunication and understanding on our part.
Just read the rules.

I spent two wonderful years at North Lake RV Resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff is warm and welcoming, and the park is always quiet, calm, and respectful. My kids adored the swimming pool, and we loved grilling at the barbecue pits. The lake was perfect for fishing, and I really enjoyed all the events they held—community cookouts, holiday celebrations, and more. I also appreciated the frequent email updates—I was always in the loop with everything happening. It’s a fantastic place to stay!

I started 7 nights. Decent place to stay with nice facilities that worked. The two dog parks and dog potty stations spread throughout were a welcomed feature. Lots of amenities. The staff were very responsive. The only negative was the loud train blowing it's horn that would pass at least twice a day.
