The bathrooms were NASTY. We checked on a Thursday afternoon, and the bathroom had obviously not been clean in a few days. The grounds and other things ok. But, the bathroom was horrible.

Even though the site pads at most of these sites are in desperate need of repairs our host was very accommodating. He drove us around to other sites that were available for our dates...but...we decided on the one we originally booked. He was also willing to help us with moving us to another site when our truck had to be put in the shop a day before our departure date. He was going to move it for us. Thankfully for all concerned....we got the truck back the morning of our departure date. Many thanks to Danny H. for being one of the best hosts we have come across in our 20 yrs of camping.

Clean and great shower rooms. Park attendants were very friendly. Roads for bike riding were nice. Swimming area was closed due to lake being down but the area was still sandy and nice!

Beautiful park. Park hosts are amazing and accommodating. Facilities were clean. I would like to see the Corps of Engineers update the shower house with AC.
