What Guests Are Saying
Mill Creek offers a beautiful, relaxing environment with friendly park hosts and ample space for family activities, making it a great spot for camping. Many guests appreciate the clean facilities and scenic views of the lake, along with enjoyable playgrounds for children. However, there are concerns about the maintenance of the campground, including uneven sites, overgrown grass, and the need for repairs, which detracts from the overall experience for some visitors.

Excellent site! We lots of waterfront sites since the campsite sits on a peninsula. Large campsites with plenty of flat grassy areas for tents. Easy access boat ramp. Can pull the boats and kayaks right up to the shoreline by the campsites. It's basically like having a private beach.
We were with friends who have been camping at that park for decades.
Sites 9,11,13 are their favorites!

Our camping experience at Mill Creek was fabulous! Camp site views were unbelievable. It was nice and quiet, and we'll be back! But..... don't arrive before check in time. We arrived at 1:00 for a check in time at 3:00 as our site was vacant. Our camp host made us pay for an entire extra day because we were early.

What a beautiful park and campground! The volunteer staff is awesome (Stacy, Heather, Annie and Rebecca) and so very helpful in welcoming us to settle in for a couple weeks. Everything worked great, even during a storm and the City working on the water line. We are very excited to go back one more time this winter to enjoy another two weeks. A definite A++ on our list of camps to return to! Thank you everyone! We love Texas a whole lot more.

Camp ground well maintained. Showers were ok. One shower space had light out and water was cold in evening, but overall a great place and experience!
