We went camping after Thanksgiving day. We were at Site 035. The place was lovely and the view of the park and lake was breathtaking. The only downside of our trip that weekend was the rain. It would have been awesome if the weather was sunny. We didn’t bring our bikes cause we knew it would be raining. We got to do some walking around the area, roasting marshmallows and making smores near the firepit. We were the only ones who brought our tents and there were a lot of RVs. We could have done more activities, but due to the rain we mostly kept inside our tents or the covered picnic table. The restrooms and shower was kept clean throughout our stay. Shower is nice and hot. We will definitely be visiting again when the weather is nicer. Hopefully the other side of the park will be open soon after this pandemic.

The dawn and dusk by the beautiful lake, the silver moonlight, the shining stars, the majestic campfire, conveyed warm and cheerful laughter. The staff, enthusiastic service, kept patrolling the safety of the camp. Thank them very much for their efforts. Fishing, walking, peaceful night sky and the beauty of nature. Let us truly enjoy a relaxing and pleasant holiday.
