Kozy Lakes RV Park in Jewett is exactly the kind of place you hope to find—but rarely do anymore.

Owned and operated by Susan and Robert, the park reflects true, old-fashioned hospitality. It’s clean, well-kept, and clearly run with care. From the moment you arrive, you can tell this isn’t just another RV stop; it’s a place where pride of ownership shows in every detail.

The setting is outstanding. Nestled between two quiet, stocked fishing lakes, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to beat. Whether you’re walking the wooded paths or simply sitting outside your RV enjoying the stillness, it’s the kind of place that helps you slow down and breathe.

The sites are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with level pads, strong 30/50 amp hookups, and reliable Wi-Fi. The extra-long pull-thru sites make setup easy, even for larger rigs.

The value is excellent; water, sewer, and trash are included, and you only pay for your electricity. That kind of straightforward pricing is hard to find these days.

It’s also a great spot for families and pet owners. There's plenty of room to walk, explore, and enjoy the outdoors without feeling crowded.

All in all, Kozy Lakes RV Park delivers—great location, solid amenities, honest ownership, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Probably the nicest RV park in the area, wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The owners are very outgoing, pleasant to work with, and always going above and beyond for their customers. 10/10 will always recommend

A nice but small campground, make sure to ck our the path on how to get into it before you come in. Some of the roads are small with trees

We were looking at various places to stay while visiting family in Houston and in Dallas. Perfect location. Love the setting right by downtown Jewette, Dave ( the owner ) is a truly, genuine great human being. His personality made you feel like you knew him forever. He has a lot to be proud of with this campground. Great utility service and great WiFi.....most appreciated.

A major storm came through our first night and power was out. Storm hit with high winds at 2:00 am. By 3:00 am Dave was here checking out for damage and making sure everyone was safe. Nice touch.
