Shauna and Selena were absolutely fantastic bartenders at Jellystone Campground! From the moment we walked up, they were welcoming, friendly, and made everyone feel right at home. They were quick, attentive, and somehow managed to keep up with the crowd while still taking the time to chat and make each interaction personal.

Their positive attitudes and great sense of humor added so much to the fun atmosphere. Whether they were mixing drinks, recommending favorites, or simply making guests smile, they went above and beyond. They were a huge part of what made our camping trip so enjoyable.

If you’re staying at Jellystone, be sure to stop by and see Shauna and Selena, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for making our trip even more memorable!

We love Jellystone and have made it an annual family tradition, but unfortunately this location did not live up to the standards we've come to expect.

The good: The campground is right on the river with beautiful scenery, and it was not overly crowded during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and one of our favorite activities was Bingo with Mario—he made it so much fun and was easily one of the highlights of our trip.

The bad: The staff experience was disappointing. Very few employees seemed to enjoy their jobs, and some were downright rude. Communication was also extremely disorganized, with different employees providing different answers to the same questions.

For example, one employee told us the restaurant closed at 7:00 p.m. We went to use our free VIB meal at 6:15 p.m. and were rudely informed that the restaurant had actually closed at 6:00 p.m. We also asked multiple times about the popcorn bucket included with the VIB pass and were told it was only available at certain times, but no one could tell us what those times were. As a result, we never received it.

The ugly: Do not purchase the VIB pass. We paid extra for it because our kids excited about all the activities. One of them was supposed to be story time with the bear and We were specifically told it would take place at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. When we arrived, there was no bear, no story time, and no employee seemed to know what we were talking about. Combined with the missed meal and popcorn bucket, the VIB pass ended up feeling like a waste of money.

On top of that, this campground seems determined to nickel-and-dime guests at every opportunity. Even if you arrive a little early, you have to pay extra to use the amenities despite already paying a daily resort fee. Linens cost an additional $25 per bed, and while we were told towels were included, they were not. Thankfully, we brought extra towels with us.

The cabin itself also fell short of expectations. The kitchen was advertised as furnished but was missing items we would consider basic necessities. More concerning, the bathroom floor felt soft and unstable in one area—as if it could give way if too much weight was placed on it.

We love the Jellystone brand, but we will not be returning to this location. If this had been our first Jellystone experience, we likely would not have considered making Jellystone an annual family trip.

We rented a Cabin for 3 nights. We had 3 adults and 2 children. Over all cleanliness was pretty clean. Some of the dishes we dirty and there was a serious sugar ant problem. (They got in some of our food and we had to throw it away and they were even in the loft, bathroom and main bedroom area too). The wifi was terrible but there is so much to do around the campground that we were not too concerned. A couple of the scheduled events did not happen and our 4 year old was super disappointed. Other than that we had an amazing time. The Hey Hey Ride was a blast, the water park and pool was great. It was a lot of fun for everyone. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like you have known them your whole life. Even with the small issues we will for sure be returning.

A large group of family and friends come every Memorial Day weekend, and it is the best way
to kickoff summer break. My kids love Jellystone more than Disneyland!!!!!

The activities were fantastic, and the kids never had a dull moment. The water park and pools were definitely the highlight of the trip! The older kids brought their bikes and scooters and loved riding all around the park. The staff was always watchful, and we felt completely safe letting them explore.

What really made this trip special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so helpful, positive, and genuinely fun — they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We especially want to recognize Garret, Alex, Damian, Shauna, Salina, Riley, Carly, Beverly, Jennifer, Macala, and Morgan for helping make our vacation so wonderful.

Thank you for such a special family getaway — we’ll definitely be back next Memorial Day!
