Good park. Easy to get to and spend a little time in the countryside.

Kimball Bend Park is a beautiful and well-kept campground with spacious sites, friendly hosts, and a peaceful atmosphere by the Brazos River. Many visitors appreciate the park's potential and the ongoing renovations, though there are concerns about high grass, ant infestations, and restroom cleanliness. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay and plan to return, particularly for the scenic views and the welcoming environment.

We absolutely loved our site (#34) it was on the very end so we only had neighbors on one side of us. The biggest downside to this park was no boat ramp near us. The ramp was closed due to road construction.
