Really nice park. Nice wide full hook up sites. Easy to access the park. The pool and lazy river are open. Great fishing in the pond. Shannon - the park host is very sweet.

I've lived in this park since October of last year, the showers still aren't done, the Wi-Fi never works and you can't get mail here. I'm really disappointed and now you want to raise the price $100 a month but you can't fix anything to begin with. It's not the manager it's the owner. In response to your response I've lived in RV parks for over 15 years and yes you can get mail so don't even try that the city of LaGrange won't deliver mail here they deliver at the other park. As far as your pool goes the lazy river is very nice except you have to worry about your raft popping because of sharp edges and you have to worry about your feet being scraped because the floor bottom is extra rough. Your game room is geared towards kids. Your laundry facility is not for the park it's for the whole city of LaGrange and it's not conducive to people who work long hours because of when they close. Most RV laundry facilities are open 24 hours a day. The Wi-Fi doesn't work most of the time.

Nice clean, brand new rv park. Peaceful with a pond, nice pavillions to barbque under. Spacious rv sites with picnic tables. A lazy river and swimming pool, a shower house thats clean and modern. A laundry mat, nail salon, little store with ice and other things needed. The camp host are very nice and helpful. The views of the water and property are amazing. Quiet and peaceful rv park. And also a doggie area for them to run around and meet new friends.

We stayed one night, May 22, 2025, and I must say this is one of, if not the, best laid out RV park we have encountered in 30+ years of camping in various ways. Tent, Popup behind a Gold Wing motorcycle, a 28 ft Terry Resort pull behind, a 41 ft KZ New Vision toy hauler, and a 40 ft class A diesel pusher. Very good layout of utility hookups, nice concrete that you can walk around your vehicle and never have to walk in the grass. Nice, friendly, professional, and accommodating staff. #1 in my book.
