My wife and I have stayed in a lot of RV parks across the country, but I must say that we have never experienced one that has made us feel at home the way Arlene does at Sunny Hill. Arlene truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make us feel wanted and appreciated. I would highly recommend Sunny Hill RV Park to anyone who is looking for short-term or long-term accommodations.

Arlene, the park manager has earned every single bad review the park has received on her watch. I would advise steering clear as long as she is in charge. I hoped this park would be my forever home , but she was so abusive, unprofessional, and mean , I only stayed one month and left without even asking for my deposit , it wasn't even worth talking to her again. Falling limbs from the trees damaged my camper, and when I brought it to her attention and showed her, I didn't even receive an apology. The initial niceness she displays is an act. She will also beg you and try to goad you into writing nice reviews for her. Nice reviews are earned. If there was anything decent about her and this place , she wouldn't have to ask for them. There are so many ancient relic campers in the park that look like they are falling apart , and she had the audacity to ridicule my 2019 Springdale. I reached out for help from an individual at corporate and got no help either. The owner is always conveniently out of the country from what he told me. However , he did say they get a plethora of complaints about Arlene. Why she is still there is beyond me. Her hideous little dog stinks to high heaven and should probably be euthanized , and I almost got sick to my stomach while doing paperwork with her from his stench , because she had him on the desk as we worked on the agreement. All around an incredible disappointment , and I voted with my wallet and cleared out in the middle of the night without any word for my own sanity. Good luck if you still intend to stay here , don't say we didn't warn you.

A very cozy out of the way RV Park that is close to all the great things Austin has to offer, live bands, great Texas BBQ etc AND it's also a residential RV park. Our new neighbor Richard came over to see if we were needing any help hooking up!! What wonderful people, our camp host found a spot for us no questions asked even though it was after hours. THANK YOU CAMP HOST. The space is clean and has all the hook ups 20, 30 or 50 amp RV dump cable TV and WiFi. The equipment is well maintained and easy to access. If you hate tight spaces with 40' of RV to maneuver they also have pull through sites, we choose a back in and it was very easy to unhook our lil Jeep then slide 40' into our site with room to spare. We HIGHLY recommend this park

Sunny Hill is a great place to stay! Quaint, quiet and everyone I had met was so friendly!!!
Arline was a joy to meet and have as the camp host! We had an electrical problem and with in 20 minutes she had someone on the way to fix it! Even after the electrician said it would have been hours! That was the best thing ever in this Texas heat!!!! She even offered to hold a package for us that we wouldn't have gotten by the time we had to leave!!!!
Thank you for having us! I will definitely be back if we are back in the area!!!!
