Liverpool RV Park

Jay has been a pleasure to work with. We are 'long-timers' and appreciate the upkeep and laundry area we have seen/ used since arriving.

I've been here for over 4 years and I highly recommend. Super nice place has great clubhouse with washers,dryers. Also has a kitchen area with fridge for family outings when you want to have a BBQ they have you covered there too. outside the clubhouse they have a grill and picnic table. If for any reason your shower is out or toilet isn't working. They also have two private bathrooms with showers and toilets. The clubhouse has a door lock so never have to worry about non residents entering the clubhouse. The park is very quiet and all of us look out for each other. Very few kids and the ones that are there are very well behaved. Animals are on leashes and don't bother anything. Don't listen to the old reviews NEW owners took over last year and they're the reason everyone is so happy. They keep up with everything and if for any reason, you have a problem contact them they will make sure not only to fix the problem they will come to the park grounds to see the problem for them selfs. They do monthly, weekly, daily. And did I mention FREE wifi ?! Sounds like a win win. Come on down join the park family.

Great Rv park. Awesome owners.Its lawn is kept up as well as the laundry room and bathrooms.Plus cheaper and way nicer then any of the other businesses of the same kind.. Definitely a million times better than the J.Bells Rv park not far up the road from this one..This one doesn't have a bunch of drugs going in and out of it.

The manager, Jay, is amazing to work with! Friendly, efficient and professional, he made the entire process of moving in and out seamless for us. The park is nice and well kept, slabs are spacious, and location to local amenities was perfect for our needs. Should we blind ourselves back in the area, we will stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a very good RV park for traveling workers. 15 minutes on 35 to Alvin for all your needs.

We stayed her for 10 months and I would stay here again.

Customer service was always fast and never had a problem.

My favorite part was concrete pad for the RV with room for two trucks.
