Lake Livingston RV Resort

This place used to be a lovely little place , not anymore. There are mostly good people there. Some shady people too. The owners and management have let this place just go down. But want to up the rent. No one is ever in the office. If they are only for a very short time. Use to sell propane to the residents and public. That doesnt exist anymore. Its just shameful to see how they dont care. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I called after hours, around 5:30 and an older woman with a deep smokers voice answered the phone. I asked about propane pricesand she yold me what they were but stated there were repairs needed so it wasnt available right then. I said, Thankyou very much and she replied in a gravely voice, Yeah, whatever.

I am staying here at the present time. I have had nothing but a great experience from the office. They’re extremely nice. She always has a smile. I’ve had no bad experience whatsoever.

We have stayed in many parks, and this is definitely one of the nicest park. Nice shades, very inviting and the rates are reasonable. The pool is well maintained. Management is friendly and hard working, they work long hours trying to keep this place clean and mowed. We love it here! 😊

We stayed here for a month and had a good time. Lonnie and team are hard working people making sure you have what you need. The pool was well kept and great for a swim. The bathroom was always clean. The laundry was convenient.
