  • Check-out is at Noon and check-in is at 2 PM; no check-ins after 9 PM.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed and supervised, with waste cleaned up and disposed of properly.

Safety & rules

  • The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH.
  • Guests must maintain order for the enjoyment of all tenants.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; disturbances may result in eviction or arrest.
  • Guests are responsible for their guests; a $25 fee applies for stays over 7 days, and minors must be supervised.
  • Participation in criminal conduct is prohibited; charges may result in lease termination.
  • Smoking is permitted as long as cigarettes are extinguished and disposed of properly.
  • Guests consent to photography for marketing purposes by the park.

  • Report suspicious activity to the office or call 911 if necessary.
  • Guests must surrender their space if any rules are violated; lease terms are effective upon contract signing.
  • The park is not liable for personal injury or property damage; parents are responsible for their children.
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and indemnify the park against liabilities.

Fires & fuel

  • Open fires are prohibited except in designated areas; violations may lead to eviction.

Deposit

  • The use or discharge of any type of weapon, gun or firearm on or at the premises is prohibited.

Utilities

  • Flush only appropriate items; avoid flushing disposable products to prevent blockages.

Vehicles & parking

  • Park vehicles in designated spaces; limit of two vehicles per site; trailers must be towed or stored.
  • Vehicles may be towed for non-payment or rule violations, with a 24-hour notice posted.
