The Retreat RV Resort

Stopped in for 1 night as we were passing through to our final destination. Late check-in worked great for us as well as would work well even if you didn't have time to book a site. Before booking a site, we go into it with an open mind on all variables: price, location, amenities, office hours, and customer service.

--Price: standard with industry
--location in Lubbock: 5 out of 5
--amenities: 5 out of 5. We didn't get to use any of them because of the quick "in and out" of our stay but was very nice and well maintained.
--Office hours: standard
--Customer Service: 5 out of 5. Again, didn't really get to use or experience these other than check out and submitting our key card as we left. Friendly staff and heard some of my concerns I had about the spot we picked and a neighboring camper but had nothing to with the facility infrastructure, staff, or park itself.

Park is loud lots of dirt bikes speeding through. Can complain and it doesn't stop.
Not much of a resort.
It's more like the trailer park that used to be here than an RV park.

This place keeps getting worse and worse.
I was able to add some photos of the types of people/RVs they let in here and allow them to stay and live like that.

Lots of unsupervised kids screaming at playground equipment just feet from RVs. It's becoming a nightmare to be here.

We have stayed there twice this year . Very clean & easy to get in & out . We usually park & sleep then go visit family so haven’t really got use the facilities yet . We will be back

On our journey west, we stopped in for the night! Very friendly clean quiet place. Met a lady who grows zucchini and upon our meet, she hands me this zucchini she just picked! Thank you Jenna!

The best RV park I have stayed at. The staff is incredibly friendly. Never had any issues while I stayed there, stayed almost 2 years. Hated to leave. The covered spots are the best around. The park is so well maintained, always beautiful.
