We have had a wonderful stay here over the past 4 months! My husband used it as his home away from home while working on the road—great Wi-Fi service, quiet and respectful neighbors, safe place to park his work pickup, and great communication by the owner when things would come up. My children and I enjoyed the vacation aspects as we explored the trails, played and fished by the pond, and just took advantage of the open space to run around.

We stayed here recently to enjoy family living in Lufkin and to celebrate a grandbaby's birthday. We have been looking forward to staying at this particular campsite for months as we watched it being prepped and ready for travelers. It is a beautiful area. We will definitely make this our regular spot as we come spend time with our kids. We love the spacious sites and ease of getting our rig in and out. The owner was super nice and accommodating. We look forward to many more get-aways here 😁. David and Dawn

We've stayed at many RV parks, RV resorts and campgrounds and this RV park by far is one of the nicest well-kept parks that we've stayed at. Love love love the dog run and the trails. The pond and park area is such a beautiful setting. It sits back far enough from the road where you don't hear much traffic and it is lightly lit up at night so where it doesn't affect the view up above. We've been here now almost 3 months and can't say enough. Looking forward to them completing the laundromat and many more things they plan to do to make this place too notch!

Very clean place with a 4' fenced area to let your dogs play and run & rip! Clean all the way around the park and has a pond up front that is catch and release but very nice. Picnic table under the shade limb of trees at pond.

Whoever set up this web page is a master manipulator. A couple of the photos aren’t even in East Texas, as we don’t have those trees. There are no magnolia trees or springs, the waking trail (lol) is grown over with briars, and so rough you can hardly walk it. No one is ever at the office, haven’t seen an employee in 5 days. This was a past sand pit and there is no grass past the first few trailers . I’ve stayed on the beach with more grass than this place. As far as I can tell, we were the only ones here that were not long term campers. But on the + side it is quite. If you are coming from Lufkin beware there is no sign and you will probably miss it. You will have to drive for miles to find a way to turn around with a trailer.
