Chuck's RV Resort

We stayed her for 3 months and enjoyed this park very much. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. The park is gated. There are a few long-term residences in the park. Everyone we met was very nice. Road noise is minimal. The roads are great, no potholes. They have back-ins and pull throughs and can accommodate any size rig. Some sites, both pull-through and back-ins, have parking for 2 Vehicles. We were in a pull-through with 2 vehicles. Sites are level with lots of room between sites. Sites have full Hook-ups. Each site has grass for your dogs with a patio with a picnic table. Has a nice pool, playground, pavilion and other activities. Nice big dog park that is divided into two sections, a grassy section and a turf section. Bathrooms and Showers are very clean. We had 5G on both AT&T and T-Mobile and there is cable at each site. We will definitely be coming back here when in the area.

We stayed for a Month while husband took class at NRTVA. What a pleasant stay we had. Quiet, well maintained, great staff! It was convenient for me to run into Mabank or Gun Barrel. I even was able to have groceries delivered to the office one day. It’s gated which we loved since I was alone during one wk while husband had to fly out for business. Friendly neighbors
Wonderful swimming pool, laundry and bath showers.
Little pond, croquet, Pickleball, horseshoes, playground for the kids overall, just a very nice campground. We will return for a longer stay next winter, we hope.

Attending the NRVTA school in Athens. This was very convenient with stores and restaurants nearby. The campground is very clean. Two sets of dumpsters enclosed in a nice wooden fence. Nice pool with 2 shower/toilet rooms and a laundry room. Chuck’s Playground has rockers, corn-hole game, bathrooms, grill, countertop. There’s a big fire pit and a putting green. Looks new to me.

Really nice place! Christie the property manager is awesome! Really friendly and accommodating. We stayed 4 nights over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. Easy access off the main highway and very little highway noise. Town is very close so getting groceries and supplies are easy. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

From the moment we arrived, Christie (Property Manager) went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Her friendly demeanor and proactive help set the tone for our entire visit. It's rare to find someone who is not only excellent at their job but also makes you feel like a valued guest, not just a customer.

​In short, Chuck's RV Resort is a phenomenal place to stay, but the management by Christie and her team elevates it to a whole new level. Her exceptional customer service is a massive asset to the resort and a shining example of true hospitality. We will definitely be returning, and it's largely thanks to her and her team.
