It's reasonably priced (for the location), but the place floods badly with every rain. There's no laundry or other amenities. The landlord is weird and ornery (but I never saw him, just talked on the phone). The lady on site who takes the money was nice, though. The neighbors were all very friendly, and most were quiet (but several had barky dogs). Mostly good neighbors, bad neighborhood, I guess you might say. Also, since the park is so casually managed, some of the long-term residents there had gardens and such, which was nice.
It's pretty close to Austin and Bastrop, and on a major route, so it is conveniently located. It was the only place with a vacancy near Austin when I got to town, so I stayed a couple of months, but I was very happy to move out and I have no intention of going back.
