Horrible I don't recommend it at all. You are better off staying in your car. Rooms are filthy filthy filthy, like haven't been swept in years, pieces of soap in drainage, hairs In shower, 1 towel dead roaches under bed and bathroom. Broken sheet rock in bathroom, just plain disgusting. And will find any excuse to not refund deposit..

Water is Brown. I couldn’t bring myself to shower in that. There were no hand towels or wash cloths. Had to go buy water to brush my teeth and for myself and my dogs to drink. No waste basket so I bought one. No chair. Sheets so thin that my heel tore a hole in it and I don’t even have rough heels. I can overlook the mineral build up on the faucets and toilet. Hard water will do that. No cover on mattress. I looked to check for bed bugs. I do that even in the best hotels. I opened the closet and just closed it. I wouldn’t put my clothes in there. There were only two good things. The A/C works great and the decorations were cute. I came to Mathis for a funeral. I chose this motel because my sister and her husband were staying in the RV park. Really didn’t need this experience.

Nice quite rv park. Mexican restaurant and chinese restaurant across the street. Both are 👍

Rat infested the rooms don’t get cleaned they want yu to clean yourself and the rats come in every afternoon while I’m at work messing the whole room up water doesn’t go down in the sink the toilet doesn’t even flush also the water from the sink is brown even the shower water is brown when yu shower we tile the manager but she said she/ him saided she’s short staffed that that was
our problem no maintenance whatsoever and the rooms are filthy

Stayed at the RV park, very quiet. Many potholes in the road. Pool is not useable.
