Quiet and clean Rv park! Victoria goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is the best! She is always so helpful and sweet!!

We’ve been staying here for a temporary work assignment. It’s a park that feels more like a community than just a RV Park in the Basin. The park is kept clean. Victoria has great communication when you need something or to get important messages to the guest here.
We appreciated having a safe, pleasant, and affordable place to live during our time here.
Next time we get put in this area we will certainly be back again.

Stayed overnight on our way out to Arizona and was a bit fooled by reviews. This park is very run down - pool was emptied and area was really dirty, the park grounds had trash floating around with the wind, there are prickers EVERYWHERE so even though we paid 20$ PER DOG for one night of staying here we couldn't let them outside to play because they kept hurting their paws. The lady that was managing the place at the time we arrived was friendly and sweet and I'm grateful we had somewhere to stop for the night but it was not my favorite place.

Absolutely LOVED our stay. Management was amazing and the location could not have been more perfect being right between Midland and Odessa. Will definitely be returning and telling all of our friends where the new spot needs to be!

If you are looking for a rv park,come check this one out!! If your full time,part time or need a few days,this has everything you need. They have newly remodeled on one side with large pull throughs,back in spots as well. Wifi, coin operated laundry and one almost done and will be operational soon!!! Pet friendly too so bring those fur babies! Full hook ups 50/30amps! Also has Swimming pool great for those hot days!!! One side has grass and large spots as well!! Call Indie and come for a stay!!!
