Great place to live been here for several years now. Owner is a great guy will help you with anything you need. Very knowledgeable about RV’s if you’re having any issue. Super nice convenience store. Staff is very friendly. All around great place to live.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The food in little restaurant they have was good. The shop was helpful. The laundromat was nice to have. The neighbors were fun to be around. There was nothing bad about my time there. I look forward to staying there again next time I travel to Midland, (if they have openings).

I asked for something on the phone if they had it and she just hung up on me

Exceptionally clean and really a one stop shop from water fill station to propane sales on-site laundry very well kept. There is a convenient store on site as well and large driveways for rvs and trailers

This place is so awesome and helpful. I don't stay at the park but visit the store for hot food made to order or grab something hot. It does almost everything. Need a space to stay, don't want to drive into town they have you covered. Now mi d you prices are a bit high but it's convenient. There is a laundry room available. They sell propane. The campers are in their fenced and gated area separate from store. The ppl are great and friendly. The store prides themselves on keeping it clean and nice.
