Mostly stationary full timers. Poor water pressure. Site not very level. Neighbor had black/Grey water standing inches deep at sewer connection due to improper hook up. That was just nasty.

This is a well run Park with lots of trees and flowers and overall a very nice place to stay. Come check it out.

Small size RV space. Lots of full time folks. Under construction which hopefully make space for elbows between sites.
