Montgomery Hillside RV Park

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE place to live. The owner (Ben & Zack) don’t care about anything when it comes to this place. Grass grows so tall you have to high step through it, they allow anyone and everyone to move in which leads to cops being out there all the time for fights. When the old owners had this place it was a wonderful place to live but seeing it now I’m glad I moved. Rules differ depending on who you are so you never really know what youre allowed to do or not do. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Let me add that the reply to this is a joke because I have moved but I am now warning others of how bad of a place this is,

A nice rv park, but the place we were put is anything but level. The park host and our neighbors were great. The yard where you can walk our dog was great except for the dog bombs left behind. But I think most people picked them up. We woul d stay again if back in the area.

My husband and I highly recommend Montgomery Hillside RV Park to anyone who loves a beautiful, peaceful, friendly setting for your RV. It’s been our home for a few months now, and we have had a very positive experience! There is a laundry room on site, grass gets mowed once a week, and anytime you have questions or need any help, Rod & Sue (and other sweet neighbors) are available and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible! We just can’t thank them enough!

When searching for the ideal RV park to call home, Montgomery RV Park quickly rose to the top of my list, and for several compelling reasons. Its smaller size, with fewer than 35 pads, creates a more intimate and quiet atmosphere. The park's convenient location near various shopping centers is a significant advantage, simplifying daily errands. Furthermore, the friendly and professional demeanor of the owners and managers instilled a sense of trust and comfort. Finally, the park's commitment to noise level enforcement ensures a peaceful living environment for all residents.

Since new ownership took over last year, Montgomery RV Park has undergone a series of positive transformations. Within just three months, the park saw remarkable enhancements. Roads were smoothed and leveled, additional pads were thoughtfully added, and the park now boasts upgraded WiFi. The most significant improvement was the addition of full-time onsite site-managers dedicated to the park and its residents.

The park's commitment to continuous improvement is evident in their current project: the construction of a new pond. While the ongoing construction may temporarily disrupt the aesthetic, the anticipation of the finished pond is exciting.

The most impressive aspect of this park, however, is the rapid and proactive approach to resident concerns. On multiple occasions, when I have experienced WiFi or laundry room issues, the onsite managers have been immediately available. Most recently, when I encountered an electrical problem with my breaker box, the issue was resolved in under three hours. This swift and efficient response demonstrates a clear commitment to exceptional customer service and the well-being of their residents. Montgomery RV Park has proven to be more than just an RV park; it is a community that values its residents and is dedicated to continuous improvement.

This rv park is a really good quiet park. Rod and Sue the on-site management are really nice and stay on top of the parks quality. I've been here for about a year and have not had any issues with them or anyone else. The new updates they are in the process of doing will really enhance the parks new look. They are working on the updates on a timely manner and I cant wait to see the finished product.
