I stayed at Cedron Creek during recent the solar eclipse. It’s a beautiful campground, and the campground hosts were exceptional! Their kindness was an added bonus to an already lovely stay.

Really enjoyed the campsite with a great view of the lake and the bluebonnets were blooming. It was a quiet campground. The restrooms were clean, but are a pretty good walk from where we were.
The site we had is pretty close to the next site, but the neighbors were quiet.
The campsite has lots of fire ants. You had to be careful where you stepped as you walked around the area near the camper.
We would stay here again.

The hosts were so friendly and even came to check on us to see if we needed any help setting up. Site 45 was spacious and level (could easily fit several 8 person tents), had a double length covered picnic table, and had a power outlet if you wanted to use a stove or water heater (best to have a 50ft extension cable to reach the table). The bathrooms were clean and the showers had doors (4 shower heads total with 2 shower heads inside each closed area) as well as hooks for shower curtains (that could go around each shower head to split the rooms further) or for your toiletries bag. No soap pump in the bathroom, so bring your own. Never ran out of toilet paper.

Our church had our yearly campout this past weekend. The group campground is private with lots of shade and kids were able to run around safely. Would recommend this for any type of group camping!

We had an amazing time. The park attendants were friendly. The park and restrooms were remarkably clean. As always the campers around us were all respectful. We will definitely be going back!
