Disappointed that the park is not better maintained this year. Tons of stickers, grass not mowed, tree branches not trimmed. Probably won’t be back until we see some better reviews this used to be our favorite camping spot. Sad that is not being taken care of.

The park was overgrown with weeds. No attendants at the gate left a feeling of insecurity since no weapons are allowed. Campsite needed to be cleaned.

The campsites were overgrown and had not been cut in sometime. No park host so gates were open all the time. A Ranger would drive through at least once a day. Bathroom appearance were maintained.

We camped with a group of family and friends and had a great time. Because of the wind, the water was a bit choppy one day. The rest of the time was great for boating!

Had great time.. no fire ban a huge plus. Grass needed cut it was hard to set up a tent. Went and got a weed eater to knock it down. We had a blast, in our group we rented 9 spaces I believe. It was a nice relaxing 😎 time for the 6 days we were there. 🤠

Grass was so high we couldn’t walk thru it and the hogs had made so many holes it’s a wonder we didn’t sprain an ankle.. like walking thru mine fields with the high grass. Campsites were dirty…cigarettes butts, trash left in fire pit, filthy table.. I chased someone down and ask them to wash our table. We were at site 18, 17, and 16… there was a group of 3…. Very disappointed.

Great place to camp. Site was not level which made it a challenge to set up my class A. Would like a sewer hook up. The lake was pristine ! I will be going back !
