The Oaks on 37 Tiny Homes & RV Resort

The Oaks on 37 was an amazing stay! The amenities are incredible and everything is so family friendly. As someone with a big family, I always appreciate kid-friendly places, and this is one of them! The pool is beautiful and the locker rooms are so nice and spacious. My kids loved riding their bikes all over the property, the clubhouse is full of very nice amenities, and the RV hookups were very easy to work with. We would absolutely stay again!

As you can assume from every other 5 star review, the place is great. Management is awesome and the park is a 10 out of 10. Stayed for 6 months through the winter, October '25- April '26 while in town for work. Winter was a little rough but, I would stay here again and again. Concrete driveways all throughout. Level concrete pad sites. Great amenities room. 24/7 on site laundry. Stay here if you are looking for a nice place to setup your camper.

Super clean and very well maintained, manicured and groomed with new cement pads..I’m glad we found this place not far off interstate. A beautiful pool with clean dog park. We were met with staff who directed us to our site….Worth every penny

We stayed here one night while traveling through Texas. Absolutely beautiful place! Paved, level spots, grass and trees, dog park, and laundry room. It was so quiet and peaceful I tried to talk my husband into staying for another day but we had to get home. I highly recommend The Oaks!

This park is truly our favorite so far! They offer everything from pool, workout room, laundry facility and the grounds are immaculate with green grass and not green weeds! The manager, Chad, does a wonderful job. We will definitely come back to this campground. The sites are spacious and the roads are wide and easy to navigate.
