Fredericksburg RV Park is highly praised for its outstanding customer service, welcoming staff, and convenient location near downtown Fredericksburg and local attractions. The park is well-maintained, featuring clean bathrooms, a recreation room, and spacious RV sites. While some issues like WiFi connectivity and a small dog park were noted, the overall experience was positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return and recommend the park to others.

Fredericksburg RV Park is an excellent place to stay and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The customer service is outstanding, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment you arrive. You can tell they truly care about their guests.
The park is very easy to access, even with a larger rig, which makes arrival and departure stress-free. The location is perfect, close to downtown Fredericksburg, wineries, and local attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing.
Everything is well maintained, organized, and thoughtfully laid out. Most importantly, the people here make the difference, professional, kind, and always willing to help.
Highly recommend Fredericksburg RV Park to anyone visiting the area. We would absolutely stay here again and confidently recommend it to friends and family.

Our stay was so peaceful. The RV sites are well maintained and spaced. There is a recreation room with foosball and a pool table. The bathroom,/showers are very private and clean. We would definitely stay again.

WiFi was non-existent and we weren’t able to get any help (holiday time), even though I got a text from someone saying they’d stop by but never did.
The “dog park” is by no means a park of any sort. It was a small, approx 36’ x 12’ area. Sticker burrs are everywhere on the property.
We had a pull through spot and it was spacious but 2 problems… 1) the sewer inlet and water outlet is at the front of the parking spot so we had to go buy another line. We’ve been RV’ing for many years but this was new. 2) the trees need to be trimmed because we had to back out or a limb would’ve taken out our awning if we would’ve pulled out normally.
The bathrooms & game room were very clean and the property is very nice. The best was a beautiful koi pond on the back edge of the fenced area where we were greeted by a beautiful crane each morning and evening.

We had a late arrival - but no communication was sent to my email/phone. I called and the manager answered and helped us right away with where our spot was.
Not sure if it’s the time of year (Oct)or park isn’t pest sprayed enough- but the fire ants are everywhere. sticker burs everywhere -
The manager was very understanding and moved us to an alternate location due to fire ants- the next morning we woke up with more fire ants on dashboard .
The bathrooms looked very updated and clean.
the rec center looked very nice when we walked by: beautiful pool table, full length shuffle board .
Location was very convenient.

Honest thoughts. I 1st viewed the park via Google earth views and a couple of drive through videos on YouTube. My initial impression was that the park was just gonna be a parking lot with close spaces and few trees. I checked out the reviews and booked our site. We were after all just there foe Octoberfest and wouldn't see the site much anyways.
Boy was I surprised when we rolled in Friday evening. Park had trees (not huge, but provided some shade. Each site was CLEAN and freshly raked out. Almost all of the sites are pull through. The activities room, bathroom and shower rooms were immaculate as well as the laundry room. A large ice maker is available with FREE ice.
It was about $6.00 to Uber one way to the festival and main street area and same for the return. Super convenient and safe....
Safe Travels.
