The camp is very nice, Good water pressure, working hookups. We enjoyed going to park and just walking the trails when we could. Right on Lake Conroe, so plenty to do if you want....

A beautiful, clean campground on the shores of Lake Conroe. Site was level and large. There is plenty of space between sites so while there is a lovely tree canopy there is open sight lines between neighbours, but spacing makes it not an issue. I was in site #35 which many other campers commented was "the best site" and I agree. There is a walking loop around the exterior of the camping loops that makes for an enjoyable stroll. The only negative I have is to watch your step around the camping pad. The driveway is quite high resulting in a step down onto the campsite. All in all a wonderful stay.
