I may be the stupid one, I've never encountered an RV park that will not accept guest deliveries!! During my trip, I encountered a need for some repair parts. Nothing big or heavy. I have reservations for 3 nights starting in two days. So, I made arrangements to have the parts shipped to Victoria Palms RV Resort. Today I received a notice from UPS that there was a problem with the delivery, with no details. I contacted the property, explained my problem, and was told they have a policy not to accept deliveries for guests. This is a big problem for me and now a big worry. I've begged for an exception and am still awaiting a reply. BTW- There is no mention of this no delivery policy in their advertising, reservation info, or guest policy. Might be a nice place, but be aware.
UPDATE: The nice people at VPRV did make an exception and will hold my packages for my arrival. Thank you!!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! O star case here! We showed up on a Sunday, we advised 2 days prior our arrival that we were coming on Sunday, at 1:00 pm, no help, no staff, no instructions email, nothing!!! This is touted as a premium thousand trail location. It is not, what a waste of money. Outdated, filthy, dirty pool bottom and green water , pool heater not functional, no laundry room available ( under Reno during high season??? ) no water mill like announced on their resort map, water bottle filler not working, huge ants invasion that cost us money to get rid of by ourselves even though we asked many times to have our spot sprayed… we are one week in a whole month stay and we want to leave as fast as we can. We went to the front office and tried to negotiate a partial refund for the days we will not use but they refused. They gave me the manager info but no answer. I tried to call the Encore corporate office, it was voicemail. nobody wanted to hear what I had to say. I wanted to negotiate monthly fee partial refund and leave the resort once done. But nobody seems to step in and is willing to help. I don’t think they care about their customers or event their reputation.

Great place, but beware that thousand trails, the red headed step children in encore are literally the very back corner, furthest from all the activities and pool. It's a beautiful park, well maintained, and once you GET to the pool and hot tub, they're gorgeous and clean

It is an older average establishment that is past it's prime. The staff are doing their best to keep up. Do not expect luxury.

We show up Saturday, at 1:00 pm, no help, no staff, no code to get to wifi, laundry, fitness center, pool, billiards, etc. This is touted as a premium thousand trail location. It is not, what a waste of money for 8 days. Ok, today we finally got the codes to everything on Monday. I asked the office staff and manager, how would you feel if you didn't have access to anything for 2 days. We actually got locked in the pool area. Her comment, " well i couldn't comment on that." Bottomline they couldn't care a less about our experience. Very disappointment.
