Big Al's Barefoot Bay Marina & RV Resort

We've been going to Big Al's Barefoot Bay for 5 years straight now in our motorhome and boat and have enjoyed it very much and exspeasuly since they have done all the remodeling and adding new things that the previous owners said they were going to do but never did.
Good fishing and now great food and entertainment to enjoy. Looking forward to seeing you the full month April as we always do.

WOW— what a wonderful time we had at Big Al’s Barefoot Bay Resort! We stayed in a beautiful cabin, which has recently been remodeled, updated, and tastefully decorated. Not only that, but the cabin was well stocked with a Keurig, plenty of coffee pods to choose from, and all the basic daily essentials. We also enjoyed the casual, country western vibe at Castaways Bar and Grill, not to mention the live music and dancing on Saturday night! To top it all off, the food was amazing— all fresh ingredients and made from scratch. Thank you Sondra and Alan. You are wonderful hosts and we truly appreciate your hospitality!

I’ve been here many times in the past, however, if you haven’t been here in a year or more, or ever, you gotta go check it out. New owners Alan & Sondra have done an amazing job of “rebuilding” everything. A great RV campground with brand new roads, concrete pads, and facilities along with a first class bar & grill with great service and atmosphere. If you come once, you’ll come back over and over and it will only get better!

Absolutely Amazing Experience!
We had an incredible time at this lakeside restaurant. The view alone is worth the visit — peaceful water, beautiful sunset, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay all evening. The food was outstanding — everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. You can tell they really care about quality and service here. Perfect spot for a family dinner, date night, or just hanging out with friends by the water. We’ll definitely be back soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay at Big Al’s Barefoot Bay! The lakefront sites are gorgeous — clean concrete pads, full hookups, and stunning views of Lake Bob Sandlin. Staff was friendly, and the whole park had a laid-back, welcoming vibe.
Met the owners, they were very kind and helpful.
We grabbed dinner on the deck at the on-site restaurant, and enjoyed peaceful mornings by the water. The resort is well-maintained, kid- and pet-friendly, and has everything from a general store to a marina, laundry mat,

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing, scenic RV getaway with all the amenities. We’ll definitely be back!
