Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Residents must notify of move-out at least 7 days in advance.
  • Please review rules before booking.

Fees & deposits

  • Payments for monthly or weekly stays must be made in advance.
  • Residents are required to provide valid ID and payment information.
  • A $100 deposit is required for each lot, room, or cabin, refundable after inspection.
  • A late check-out incurs a fee of $20 per hour.
  • Keys must be returned at check-out, or an $8 charge per key will apply.

Cancellation policy

  • No refunds for shortened stays or lack of notice for move-out.

Vehicles & parking

  • 1-2 vehicles are allowed per RV site, with designated parking spots.
  • Room residents may only park one vehicle in front of the building.
  • Parking is prohibited in streets, grass, landscaped areas, and vacant sites.
  • All vehicles must be registered, or they may be towed at the owner's expense.

Site types & loops

  • Storage of boats and trailers is prohibited in the park.
  • BBQ is prohibited on porches, and RV sites must be kept tidy.
  • Satellite dishes are prohibited.
  • RV's over 15 years old may be refused based on appearance and age.
  • Tents, pop-ups, truck campers, and FEMA trailers are not permitted.

Fires & fuel

  • Campfires are not allowed, and a cleanup fee may apply for stains.

Safety & rules

  • Keep doors closed and do not overload machines.
  • Use laundry machines one at a time to be considerate to others.
  • Remove clothes promptly from washers and dryers to avoid disposal.
  • Keep the laundry area clean and empty the lint tray.
  • Sharing access codes with non-residents will result in immediate eviction.
  • Using laundry facilities for business purposes is prohibited.
  • Residents should be aware of 24-hour surveillance on the premises.
  • Personal items must not be left in showers or restrooms, as the park is not responsible for lost items.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and return supplies after use.
  • Turn off the TV and lights when leaving the clubhouse.
  • Keep food and shoes off furniture in the clubhouse.
  • Sleeping on furniture is prohibited, and RV residents must return to their RVs after midnight.
  • Parents must supervise their children and are responsible for any damages caused.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM, and firearms or fireworks are not allowed.

Utilities

  • Only flush toilet paper; other items should be disposed of in trash.
  • Showers should be limited to 15 minutes to allow others to use them.

  • Missing items may result in lease termination or additional charges.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed, and owners must clean up after them, or risk eviction.
  • Discourage barking and do not leave dogs unattended outside.
  • Certain aggressive dog breeds are not allowed.
