Beacon 44 RV Park

Mary Jo and Doug Walker, the owners of Beacon 44 RV Park in Port O Connor Texas are wonderful hosts. Their park is clean and well maintained. They are quick to address any issues on site.
Beacon 44 has awesome events planned year round that help create a great sense of community. They are kind and generous people who treat their residents and guests as friends and family.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Port O Connor, this is the place to be.
Ammenities include on site laundry, a massive clubhouse, the community swimming pool, a playground for the kiddos and a dog park for your fur babies. Not to mention the catch and release fishing pond stocked with tons of fish!
I was lucky enough to join the Beacon 44 family, hope you do too.

This park is clean, quiet and well maintained. The owners, Doug and Mary Jo are wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Beacon 44 RV Park and look forward to returning.

Stayed for the winter. Beautiful RV park, very clean and well maintained. Pool, laundry facility, showers, clubhouse with kitchen you can use, and game room for shooting pool & playing cards. Propane available on site. Owners Doug & Mary Jo Walker are the perfect hosts. They generously held many themed dinnerys during our stay. The Walkers also own Beacon 44 Seafood Market, so many dinners included delicious local fish. Looking forward to returning every winter.

We stayed for a month at this park, and everything about this park is great! The owners are so nice, and always accommodating. Will come back, and many thanks for making a pleasant stay for us!

We had a great 3 week stay at Beacon 44 RV. The owners, Mary Jo and her husband, Doug, were so friendly and stopped by several times to check in. Mary Jo was very helpful when we had to leave early due to a health emergency and even contacted us to find out how we were doing later. The campground was very clean and always being kept up. The sites were roomy and had grass. Their twice weekly dinners were delicious and everyone brought side dishes to compliment the theme. These dinners were a great way to meet other people in the park. People in the park were very friendly and inviting. The beach was about a mile away and in February was practically empty. Cathy’s Restaurant nearby and the Beacon 44 fish market were wonderful ways to sample the fresh seafood in the area. If we are on the Texas coast again, we will definitely return.
