Park is well maintained, and usually very quiet. I have been taking my family to this park for 20+ years and we have never had a bad experience.

We loved our stay.
The camping grounds were clean. Restrooms were stalked and clean. The showers had warm water. Water felt so nice. I loved our stay.

This was an amazing camping experience. The only downside is the restrooms, they do not get cleaned well. Is there an incentive for guest that cleaned the restrooms? My sister in law and I cleaned the women's restrooms during our stay. We would have cleaned the men's if we had more supplies. The people that "clean" only emptied the trash from the restrooms. Anywho it's a great place with an amazing view. Just hire actual cleaning people for the restrooms.

Nice a quiet the only thing that would make it awesome is that they would build a another fishing Pier by the deeper water over around the swimming area but not too close because you know hooks instead of appear at the end where it's all shallow. Maybe not to far from boat dock.

This is not a good park to go to if you are traveling in a van or motor home, unless you have automatic leveling jacks that will raise your front end more than 8 inches off the ground. I travel in a 24' Winnebago Sprinter van. The sites slope a lot! I drove my van's front wheels onto big black ramps that raise the wheels 8 inches off the ground and it was still not level! Being level is important to protect an ammonia refrigerator which most RV's have. I walked around and looked at all the sites in my Loop and the only one that might have required less leveling was Site #11. Unless I could get that site I will not return to this park even though it was a nice setting and a convenient stop over location on my trip to Dallas. There are a lot of van campers out there. If any parks are doing some refurbishing, they should try to make sites more level.
