First night was good, second night was terrible and had to leave before thing got out of control with 20 or so people next to us. Large fire going with burn ban. Park ranger did not enforce. Their German shepherd was not on a leash and ran after my son and our dog which was on a leash. They started getting hostile and didn’t want anything to happen to our vehicles at night so decided to leave. No tickets were handed out to them and they taunted us as we were being the better person and packed up. They even danced around their fire singing “the f-ing white people are leaving and Mexicans won” I will go back only if I rent all of the spots around us. Sad excuse for a person to act that way and no support from the park ranger. The dump station is very very tight. Use this park as a last resort.

This campground is a forgotten one and not in a good way. Our power pedestal was falling apart inside and out. It crackled (electricity) when we plugged in and our RV lights flickered. The ranger said it was reading the correct power output and said a work order will be submitted???? The fire ants were really bad. There are only 5 sites with power and water (2/3rds of the park was closed off, not sure why). The dump station was so small we could NOT pull our 5th wheel in (we had to use our turd toater). If your RV is over 30' or so you'll be to long. This campground could be nice and open all week...oh yeah it's only open for the weekends even though there are 2 hosts on site.
