We were very happy with our overnight stay at Piney Point campground. bathrooms were clean and well maintained, we had a very nice spot next to the water with beautiful views of the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful serene quiet area. Wild critters come up during evening ( raccoon's). Every spot in that park is a perfect spot to camp. We didn’t see not one spot better than the other. The public bathrooms and showers needs to be updated and cleaned better. The floors could use a good bleaching but if I had to use the public showers I would wear shoes! I highly recommend this park to anyone looking for beauty and serenity and nice park host.

We only stayed one night at sight number 30. When we dumped into the receptacle at our site the morning we left the sewer immediately overfilled and popped my elbow out of the receptacle. Raw sewage had nowhere to go, but on the ground. There was no notice or marking on this receptacle as to it being out of service. It was the worst camping experience I have ever had.

Fishing was not very good because of lake level. Very low.

We had stayed at this campground a year ago and had a lovely stay and decided we wanted to return. Our site was #23, a pull through site. Bathrooms are OK but could use some updating. The camp hosts are very helpful and friendly. Be sure to catch the sunset when the weather is good, it’s awesome.

Best overall clean, level, and equipped camp sites I've seen so far... only thing missing was sewer hookups.
