Whether you’re staying short-term or long-term, Patriot RV Park delivers an outstanding experience from start to finish.

First let me say that the Manager, of this park, Jackie, is first class, always very nice and helpful. A nice, safe, clean, friendly, homely park to stay with your RV. Full hookups and WiFi. Propane and laundry services onsite. Always clean restrooms and laundry area. Some concrete sites, mostly gravel sites. Pet and family friendly. Close to Waco.
I have loved living here and plan on staying as long as I can.
This doesn’t feel like an RV park, there are 2 tanks you can catch and release fish. I have enjoyed watching the turtles in the evening as I walk my little dog.

I have been at the RV park for year now. I love it!!!! So peaceful and clean. The manager is Jackie. She is great. In the winter she refills our propane. Having it on site is ideal.
If we run into any problems, she is the first person with suggestions or phone numbers of someone who can help.
This park is the BEST around!!!.

Enjoyed my stay here. Mrs Jackie is absolutely amazing. With out her I would have given 3 stars due to the train. Amazing manager answered any and all questions at all times of the day! Her laundry service is top notch as well. Roads well kept. Good water pressure with park 3/4 full. Laundry area was always clean with new machines. I stayed in a premium site which unfortunately was right next to the train tracks. The train is the only negative about the park. Comes through multiple times a day at all hours.
