What Guests Are Saying
Blessing Community RV Park offers a friendly and family-oriented environment, with helpful staff and a quiet atmosphere, making it a great option for families and long-term RV living. Many residents appreciate the concrete pads and proximity to Austin for convenience. However, there are concerns about management practices, including issues with fees and communication, as well as some challenges with park entrances, which may require caution for low-riding vehicles.

What a great place to live, (if only for a month). Great office staff, very friendly & helpful. Quiet neighborhood. Nice sites with small grassy yards. The community is a huge place so some some amenities are spread out.
We will continue to use Blessings as our home away from home, when traveling through the area.

Warning!! the lady that manages this place is cut throat fr. My fiance & i found this place and were so excited about it. we were looking to change the course of our lives & had just relocated. We felt Blessed until she became manager , then we were Cursed! We had 3 trucks and a utility trailer our tires went off the concret slab not even a foot from each side and that was enough for her constant harrassment and threats of fees at a 100$ a peice. Even after we found another place to park our stuff she just kept coming.Went as far as calling the parole officer and letting them know we moved, just trying to get somebody in trouble. No Good Heffer so please be AWARE! Also i got hacked at this spot and its been hell!!

The park had concrete pads, which we really like. It was a quiet community and located close enough to Austin for us to see family and run errands. We will definitely choose this park when we come to Austin again!

Since transitioning to full time RV living- Blessing Community is by far the BEST experience I've had out of all the parks I've moved to. As a single mother of 4- this is the best option if you're considering and want to live within city limits... The staff is super friendly and helpful and the people living here are great. It's super quiet. There's tons of kids playing outside daily. Very family friendly. The only thing I don't like are the entrances. I understand there's construction going on along the main road (hopefully they finish up soon), but if you have a low riding car you will definitely bottom out. So be careful. I recommend this place 100%!!

Blessing rv park will cheat you out of every penny they possibly can.
After you move out, they will try to say you did not give a notice which was a lie, and I have proof. When you send the proof they just say OK, we will take that off. They will put you on this routine saying over and over "I'll have to talk to my boss about your refund."
I have an email to where they told me how much they owe me and they still won't pay me.
they also charge you twice for water..., for getting it, and for using it.
When you drive through this park, look at the sewer lines. they're intake is higher than the dump on the RV,s. The residence have to build these elaborate draining stands with 2x4's, foam, and cinderblocks just so their trailer doesn't back up with sewage.
BEWARE!
I have contacted you people for a month about this. You even admit it on email you owe me money. $60.20 plus $50 for your weird double water charges, fresh used charge and charged again for the same water when it's turned in the sewage.
plus 4 days rent. i moved out on the 27th of march and you charged me for 31 days. I want my money!
